A chef's kitchen behind the biggest tap wall in town

Chef Ellie Railton runs a scratch kitchen that cooks from the ground up, sourcing from Wisconsin farmers who put their names on the menu: Navarino Valley bison, Pinn Oak Ridge lamb, Bell & Evans chicken.

On the other side of the pass: over a hundred beers and wines, twenty‑four of them on tap, the largest draft selection in Lake Geneva. Beer flights, bacon flights, and Meet the Maker dinner nights round it out.
